Microsoft undeterred by Yahoo's rejection, will press on (ArsTechnica)

According to ArsTechnica, the latest in the Yahoo vs. Microsoft saga is that Yahoo will reject Microsoft's attempt to "steal the company for less than it's worth". Microsoft has said that it will press on with its attempt to gain control of the online giant, most likely bypassing the board and going directly to the shareholders.
