GoNintendo this morning brings us some tidbits from the Wii incarnation of Mario Kart, taken from the latest issue of the German magazine NMag. Among other info, the post confirms that Baby Peach and Boo will be available as drivers in the game, with Sliding and snaking confirmed as gameplay features.
